Two human souls
Standing face to face
One with his guns
One with a stone

In a moment of eternity
A soul shone with dignity
And a handful of pebble
A head held up so high
Reaching out, to the sky

Armed with destruction
Hiding behind his tank
Aiming at the heart
Of the boy of the stone
“This is my chance
To rid the world of terror
Once and for all”
He proudly thought

What he didn’t know, then
That, heaven couldn’t wait
To welcome her baby
He’s been really late
For, heaven loves justice
And loves those who dare
To face up injustice
And always give and care

A mystical visit
Climbing up a high ladder
Patiently…step by step
Through clouds
Deep into sky
There; on the very top… hanging
A piece of heaven
Stretching beyond time and space
Wrapped up in a sweet musky mist
Of the breath of angels and prophets
White lilies and red poppies
Growing beneath the feet of girls and boys
As they gently walked hand in hand
Trees spoke of stories of legendry love
Gave fruit, that tastes of paradise
With songs of deep silence
Whispers of peace
And laughter of babies
Dancing rainbows celebrated
Up above…
Children with butterfly wings
Flew around their nests
Of green lanterns
That were hanging around the throne
Of the Most Merciful, Most high
In the horizon
Embroidered with letters of light
The name of this magical holy land
My home
PALESTINE
