Is it hate speech or Islamophobic to say:

“I disagree with Islam’s views on marriage, LGBT, alcohol, life, lifestyle, women, politics…etc”?

No, of course it is not.

You are expressing an opinion using your inalienable human right to freedom of thought and freedom of expression.

Is it hate speech or Islamophobic to say:

“I will never follow an Islamic lifestyle, I will have whatever relationships I desire, whenever I want, and I will never wear hijab, and Muslims have no right to make me stop drinking”?

No, of course it is not.

You are expressing an opinion using your inalienable human right to freedom of thought and freedom of expression.

Is it hate speech or Islamophobic to say:

“Muslims have no right to impose their lifestyle, their prayer or their culture on me or on my children, their freedom ends where mine begins”

No, of course it is not.

Is it hate speech and Islamophobic to say “kill all Muslims, Nuke’em all, Muslims are terrorists”?

Yes it is.
