Thank you for the gift of life
Sweet or bitter, the experience is worth it

Thank you for the gift of sight
Beauty or ugly, the WOW of it is worth it

Thank you for the gift of hearing
Soft or thunder, the puzzlement is worth it

Thank you for the gift of consciousness
Cherished or ditched, the wonder of it is worth it

Thank you for the gift of love
Joyous or painful, the marvel of it is worth it

Thank you for every atom ever created

Thank you for every grain of sand ever existed

Thank you for every breath by a soul ever taken

Thank you for every flower ever bloomed or yet to bloom

Thank you for every heartbeat ever pounded

Thank you for every ray of sunshine ever sparkled

Thank you for every sound ever heard

Thank you for every star ever burst into being

Thank you for every sun, moon and planet ever spun

Thank you for every galaxy ever spiraled in perfection

Thank you for every subatomic particle and black-hole big or small

Thank you for every act of kindness ever done by a living being

Thank you for every word ever spoken

Thank you for every song, every tune, every prayer and every psalm ever filled a heart with awe,  splendour  and adoration

Thank You God forever and ever

Darkness descends
Eyes shut, humanity falls down
Sludgy deep hole

I gasp for sanity
Help me Lord, slippery world
Don’t let me drown

Beloved child despair not
Hold on my hand
Fly towards my shoal

Cascade of light
Trickled from above
A rainbow from Heaven bathed my soul

Bubbles of love
Washed away my fear and pain
A wondrous waterfall

Danced my heart with joy
No longer broken
My being is bouncing whole

Blessed be thy Holy Name
Sublime is your tenderness
Graceful is your call

Thine is majestic glory
Most Gracious Most Loving
The Kindest of all
