Between two bullets we plant a flower
The streets that no longer have names
We write anew, with musk and amber
On every corner we paint a rainbow
To falling bombs we sing a song
Humanity cheers
With love and tears

When people are not looking
We steal some rays of sunshine
Embroider smiles, colourful sublime
With rosey cheeks, and shimmering eyes
For children
Who no longer have faces
Who forgot how to smile

From the ashes we raise a tower
For beauty and her prince
Who fought many battles
Won them all and refused to die
Blessed may they be
Wherever they go
May they live happily everafter
Forevermore
From the depth of agony
We dance and sing, dream even more
Heavenly beauty, never seen before
